Persuade me to buy COD MW3!!

I have heard that earlier in the year there was a major lawsuit over the game Call of Duty.  I’m not really sure what the people were suing each other over, but I’m afraid that the publicity about the lawsuits took away from the development of the game.  I’m looking for a Mw3 blog so that I can talk to some people who avidly play these war games.  I think that any information about the game will be useful in helping me decide about whether or not I should buy the game.  I could have been misinformed about the information and I’m looking for someone to persuade me to buy this game.
